Aspire E5-575G Which Driver To Download?

Reset my laptop and checked driver support, but it seems they have multiple versions of drivers combined without much way to tell them apart.

Is it ok to just download the latest version without parenthesis or is there an easier way to figure out which are compatible?

Also which drivers are necessary/recommended and which can the average user do without?

What do you mean by 'seems off'? Right click a blank space on the desktop and just choose one of the graphics control panels to adjust the gpu to make it not seem off. Don't mess with the drivers unless you have to. Jack E/NJ

Check Device Manager first for any red or yellow warnings. If none, leave well enough alone unless you actually have a problem. Jack E/NJ

Don't see any, guess I'll just download the graphics ones since it seems off.
