CMOS Checksum Error

Hi, I'm a little lost when it comes to the more complex computer issues like this one. I've looked around online trying to find a solution for my computer's boot issues. I've replaced the battery and still receive the CMOS checksum error. I want to try to update the BIOS but I do not know where to access the correct files. The computer repair shop told me that I can get the correct files using my serial number but that returns no results on this site's search.

Many thanks!

You can find your model number on the sticker under the laptop. For example: AN515-XX

Thank you and have a nice day!
