Keyboard and touchpad not working, loud wind-sound-like underneath. Aspire 5 A514-54G-560L/ CORE I5

Hi! I was using my 1-month old Aspire 5 loptop with only two apps (MSWord and Adobe Acrobat) being opened when it start making a sound underneath, sounds like a gust of wind or breath then the touchpad isn't working as well as the keyboard. At first I thought that maybe its lagging, but I'm not even connected to internet and the storage is as good as new. It's been two hours now but it's still not going back to its normal state. I couldn't do anything(e.g. to turn off, to restart) Pardon my grammar, I hope you understand and hoping for a response. Thank you!
