I own a Predator Helios 300 (2019 model).
I have been recently facing a problem where the system is rebooting itself randomly whenever I'm playing any AAA game( high-end game) like red dead redemption 2, gta 5, etc. Everything was normal until the last week. The game hangs for 1 or 2 seconds, then the laptop reboots. There is no loss of data or drop in overall performance of the latop.
Some possible reasons:
1. It is very hot here in India, everyone is switching on their air conditioners which is leading to a voltage fluctuation. That could be a possible reason.
2. Shortly after windows update, this problem started happening.
This problem doesn't happen with games like csgo or valorant.
If anyone knows the solution to this problem, please help me out.
Temps(max) while gaming:
Note: These are the maximum temperatures I experienced while playing. These are not the regular temperatures.
