Getting Stuck on startup acer nitro 5. How to fix this?look at the image that i have uploaded.

I was playing brawlhalla and suddenly it started to glitch..but i knew that my network was good there has been another problem so i thought to restart it .and after doing so look where i am stuck. And i can't do anything now..i also took help from YouTube like command promt but as soon as i come out of it and click continue i am stuck here and cannot go any further please help. Literally i m fedup with this laptop many time it had eaten my documents and files. After a month or two this  laptop starts behaving like dumbass and i cannot restore back..but this time i don't want to loose.

Are you able to boot into safe mode? It should be an option on the bit where you can launch the CMD prompt
