Hello there, I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop, its model is AN515-55, it's been only one month since I bought it, everything was so cool until one day Nitrosense simply stopped opening, when I press nitro sense button on keyboard or open nitro sense it loads (shows the splash scree and appears in task manager), but it doesn't show up on my desktop, I already checked for solutions, I literally tried every single solution available on the internet, some were only Uninstalling it then reinstalling it, others were some command prompt commands, even some people talked about a windows update that caused back so I reverted it but even that didn't word ,one solution worked, which was installing predator sense, since nitro 5 and Helion 300 are so close, but the thing is that predator sense didn't have any option to control the keyboard back lightning colors and effects, also it didn't have any options for sound control, it only had the fan control, GPU control and temperature monitoring , Also I can't just make a format for my laptop it has tens of (Heavy) apps that I can't risk to delete them all since I am a student, I asked for help from ACER official pages but still no single response, Honestly I loved ACER ever since, but if I knew that ACER costumer support was that bad I wouldn't buy a laptop with all that money just to not be able to change keyboard colors
