    Hi ferchagal,

Is there any light indication when you try to turn ON the monitor.

I think that the monitor has saved that device in that port, either HDMI or DP, and it does not accept another pc connected in the same port

No monitors are plug and play device nobody can save any thing on in the monitor. It may be issue with the port or the cables. Check is there any damages in the port or on the cables.

Thanks for your attention !!, It has no damage to the cables or the ports. And the funny thing is, what happens to the three ports it has (2 HDMI and a DP)

    Hi ferchagal,

It looks like issue with the cables connected to the unit. Please check it.

    # Power drain,

    1.Unplug all the cables.
    2. Shutdown the unit.
    3. Press and hold the power button for 30-40 seconds and try to turn it ON.

Check this T/S and post the result.
