I was gifted two Lenovo ThinkVision monitors and would llke to use both of them.  Is it possible to connect my Aspire E5-576 to both monitors?  Can it be set up that I use both Lenovo monitors while the laptop is closed?  I'm kinda of new to the dual monitor stuff, so any help would be appreciated.

Whats the res of the monitors? You should be able to with a (dreaded) dongle. Your laptop would support one of the displays nativley and for the second you would need to pick up a display link USB adapter which in effect works like another GPU. If its one of the 4k ones it wont come cheap though and it would be something like this you need https://amzn.to/3tTiHrU

Yes, you should be able to use both the VGA and HDMI outputs with adapter HDMI or DisplayPort adapters whichever inputs the monitors have.  Additionally you may also be able to use one of your data-only USB ports with an active USB-to-video converters which essentially converts the GPU output into a data stream the ports can handle. The USB converters are also available in HDMI, VGA & displayport outputs. Many choices. Jack E/NJ
