Acer Aspire E15 Camera not working. "We cant find your camera"

So my webcam stopped working the other day. Error code 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>.
I tried updating windows and it says I'm up to date. I checked device manager and there was no webcam driver. It showed up under 'hidden devices". In the properties it says "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)
To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."

Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. If System Protection is turned on in the box that pops up, click the System Restore button. Click next. Do you see a restore point with a date stamp about when camera disappeared? Jack E/NJ

    Hi HandJames1,

    # Reset the unit, (It will remove all the data--->Unit goes to Day 1 of default version)

    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold Alt+F10 keys(without releasing the keys) ---> Trun ON the unit.
    3. You will get a blue screen(Title Choose an option). (Release the keys)
    4. Click troubleshoot option.
    5. Click on Reset this PC.
    6. Go with the option (Keep my files/Remove every thing)
    7. Then follow the on screen instruction.

Check this T/S and post the result.
