Aspire 5 A515-56-55LT installed new Windows 10 pro, how to install Serial IO and Touchpad drivers?

I just did a fresh Windows 10 Pro reinstall on my Acer Aspire 5 A515-56-55LT. The touchpad doesn't work and I learned I have to install the Serial IO driver as well as the Touchpad driver.

I downloaded both drivers (extracted the two zip files as separate folders on my desktop) but I have no idea how or where to install them.

Here's a screenshot of my Device Manager:

As you can see there's a whole bunch of unknown devices, and I don't know which ones are the Serial IO or Touchpad. So I don't know for which one I have to update the driver.

I have also looked in other sections (System devices etc.) but I don't see any Serial IO device there either.

Is there a way to find out what is what? Or to know for which items to install which driver?

Thanks a lot for the feedback! Unfortunately I haven't been able to fix it yet. Method 1 did not work.

I've tried looking up the hardware IDs and identifying the part manually. The Base System Device was VEN 8086 and DEV 9A11, so according to the PCI IDS site that was the Intel GNA Scoring Accelerator module. I've taken the Intel GNA Driver from the driver page for my A515-56-55LT, selected that manually, and now the device is recognized.

So far so good, although I find it very hard to imagine this is necessary to get Windows working on an Acer laptop, as I'm sure 99.9% of all people would never be able to do this.

Anyway, the next device is 'Multimedia Audio Controller', again Method 1 (searching drivers automatically) doesn't work. Checked the hardware ids, VEN 8086 and DEV A0C8, so according to PCS IDS that's the Intel "Tiger Lake-LP Smart Sound Technology Audio Controller".

However.... there is nothing on the Driver page that has 'Tiger' or 'Lake' or 'Smart' or 'Sound' in its description

I've also compared all drivers that had Vendor: Intel but there's nothing that even remotely resembles "Tiger Lake-LP Smart Sound Technology Audio Controller".

So now I'm stuck, is there anything else I can do?
