Hello,

I can't seem to use the touchscreen of my new aspire v5.

I tried going to the control panel and change the settings and it's still not working.

I also tried pressing function 7 and nothing is helping.

I would really appreciate your help.

It is helpful to let the community know the following:

    What computer do you have?
What operating system is on the computer?

Do you have any error messages?

I have the same problem, but my Acer is M5 481PT. I am not allowed to disable the Secure Boot in Bios. It is disabled the option to disable the Secure Boot. Is there any way to disable it?

to disable secure boot you have to set admin Password then you will be able to change secure boot, after disable go back to Security and clean password by selecr set password type old and then two time enter ( do not enter any pass ).
