Possible DNS issue - Aspire E 15

Acer Aspire E 15 - Possible DNS issue. Have 2 websites that I cannot reach. One has an error message "This page can't be displayed. Please contact SO support for additional information and also share your IP address for investigation." The other simply times out. Both are major company websites. Neither works in Chrome nor Firefox. (yes I cleared the cookies etc.) yet I can reach both websites through my wi-fi using safari on my cell phone. When I ping the sites from my PC the requests time out. Any thoughts as to a fix?l Thanks

Something their side im afraid, most likley a security thing called a WaF. From that message it suggests its there side which has blocked your IP adress for some reason. If you are on a vpn can be quite common
