Swift 5 sf 514 54T 70AA bottom pop out unknown dot (show in picture)

Have anyone having same issue? what happen to the laptop, suddenly pop out a lot of unknown dot as picture showing. and how to solve this problem. I brought the laptop around 6 month. is this covered from warranty ? please advise

  • This is weird. Could it be related to high temperatures? What is the exact model? Example an515-51-75kz.

    I don't think this is about high temperature, because I never heard any unnormal sound from fan. Normally I only use it to open illustrator & photoshop, I rarely open both in the same time. furthermore, I only do basic function of illustrator & photoshop, never run any high performance action. and these dot only pop out today, I used it as usual.

    I am very sorry to see that you're experiencing this issue with your Acer unit Redchua, please stop charging the unit and the use immediately and contact your local Acer support with the serial number of the unit and send this picture to them so you can report it and have the unit sent to one of our local Acer service repair center with an Acer technician to have it diagnosed and repair properly as soon as possible (at your earliest convenience).
