Hello,

I have a few months same problem (i think after some Win10 update). I can´t wake up my notebook Acer Aspire F15 from sleeping mode. Only short push power button and then wake up again by mouse or keyboard  helps. I read many articles and forums about powercfg and similar problems. I tried many described solution, nothing helped me. When I use command prompt with command powercfg /requests, I get always same result:

PERFBOOST:
[DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller
Power Manager

I have to use requestoverride and then everythink works fine. But it is very stupid, every day to do this procedure. :-(

Drivers updated, power manager setuped, Win 10 installed by Acer always updated...etc. Microsoft can´t help me, because I bought Win 10 from Acer with laptop.

Does anybody know, where problem exactly is and how to solve it? I will be enjoyed for every help.

Thanks in advance.

It may be too late now but open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point'. If System Protection is turned on in the box that pops up, click on the System Restore button. Click next. Do you see a restore point with a date stamp from a few months ago when the probme started?
