Is there any solution to enable virtualization on Aspire E5-523G notebook?

I'm trying to run virtual machine on my notebook, but every time I tried to start the virtual machine it shows up, that I need to enable amd-v in the BIOS settings. When I entered to the BIOS I saw that I don't have the advanced tab, where I need to enable the amd-v setting. I saw a lot of videos about unlocking the advanced tab with key combinations, but it didn't worked for me. Any solution for it? My BIOS is Insydeh20 rev 5.0 v1.13. Some years ago I made a virtual machine on it and it worked, so I hope that I will be able to make one again.

Open Task Manager. Click performance tab. Click CPU option. Please post screenshot of result if possible. Jack E/NJ
