I've recently reset my laptop and immediately after installing and updating my drivers, I installed Nitrosense (I've noticed an increase in temperature). Before this I had heating issues and after replacing the thermal paste with arctic mx-4, the temperature dropped and was always below the orange line (red would be 60, orange would be something higher). I've tried undervolting it using throttlestop but that severely affected the performance.

I have the same problem, and unfortunately, without a program that removes performance, I can't do anything, it's a shame ...
There is a RTX 2060 video card, and an i5-9300H processor, and the temperature is the same as yours, simply with heavy games, 83-96 degrees ... But at least the NitroSense program works for you, unlike me, according to past advice that was given To me, I can say that you need good thermal paste and try to clean your PC, maybe your fans are clogged and they barely twist?
