Acer Swift SF1133-31 - won't let me login...

I am using the correct password for sure even though it constantly says it is incorrect I click 'reset password' it says 'This feature requires removable media, such as a USB drive. Please connect a USB flash drive and try again.

I've tried it with both a usb and an external harddrive and had no luck.

When I plug in the USB or harddrive it comes up with a password reset wizard but because it doesn't have a password reset disk it doesn't work.

What can I do to get into my laptop??

    I'm guessing there is a typo in your model number... But if you are using the recommended Microsoft account for your login you can reset the password through their web interface.
