    Hey egydiocoelho,
In all this time, after I had created this thread, I knew there was no hardware problem so I was just reinstalling windows 10 hoping that it would find the correct driver for the dock. In one of my several attempts, after installation of windows, I did not dock the keyboard and went to bluetooth and other devices. Then I docked the keyboard and clicked on add devices. The keyboard started working and it also showed up there as keyboard A**** (some number I should have taken note of). After a few days, it stopped working aggain. I have tried the same method a lot of times now. Can ou identify a problem and help me out?
Maybe a recovery windows from some other switch 10e should help me get the correct drivers?
  • Since the keyboard driver has been installed, make sure it appears as a hidden device in the device manager.

That groove that holds the magnets and has the pogo pin interface can get slightly clogged with dirt, causing there not to be enough magnetic force holding the keyboard to the tablet. The symptom is often that the USB interface between them drops out.
