While playing Certain games I've noticed that the laptop starts draining the battery while plugged in on AC. I cant seem to find anywhere on the internet that that is normal so I've come here a little worried that maybe my laptop is defective and I just recently bought it. I've tested some games but usually its the power hungry games like COD Cold War that starts draining the battery after a few minutes gaming. I've also tried Rust and it also Drains the Battery. Drains it to about 90% but I guess that affects the battery life in the long run. I also play with NitroSense on Balance Acer Optimized setting. Can anyone please help me with this situation. Is it the power adapter or the laptop?

  • It's not a problem. The power adapter cannot supply enough when there is a high demand. Because of this, battery power is also used, so there is no loss of performance. Can you provide the exact model? Example an515-51-75kz.
