I was using my Swift laptop and then the screen went black. I tried basic troubleshooting like resetting it using the power button but didn’t work. Also, I tried connecting it to external monitors and also it didn’t work. How should I use my laptop now?

power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.

Hi. I've tried it and still the monitor is purely black but the indicator that my laptop is on is turned on. No changes at all. Thanks for the suggestion tho.

    Hi darkcylinder,

Connect the charger and try to turn ON the unit. And also check for light indication.

    Hi @Easwar,

When I charge it, the light indicator for charging is on. And when I turn the laptop on, there's also the light indicator. But the screen, it is still black.
