    My customer has tried F12, del and F2 wo success.
    Any suggestions?

      I realized that only “del” works to enter bios on this acer.

      may be I should ask customer to try with wired kbd/mouse

      The TC-120 uses the Delete key to enter the BIOS. They are likely just getting the timing wrong.
