I am playing with the charger plugged and even optimized my PC according to some posts here in community. Please help me! It's just a 2 month old laptop and its running so bad

1)While playing game open task manager or nitrosense then check if your dedicated gpu running or not
2)Did you check if your GPU/CPU temperatures are going more than 90°C ?

Hi, I have a laptop with exact same specs and I am having the same issue, it's been an year since it started. When I just started playing Valorant I used to get 100+ fps most of the time and the fps rarely dropped to 90+. As I ranked up in game the fights got more intense and the fps dropped to 70 to 80-ish at average. Many people recommended me to upgrade the RAM to dual channel and to use an external monitor for constant 144+ fps.
