Hello everyone.
I have some disturbing problem with my PC, sometimes after start when i get to the desktop computer is not responding. I can move mouse, but clicking doesn't do anything. I can open start menu but i can't open anything there, the same with services manager i can only press ctrl+alt+del and choose restart until it works. I've done factory reset with erease everything didn't help either. About half a year ago i've bought SSD drive Lexar 128GB, installed windows on it and it worked fine, until now. I'm using external drive with some important data, but scanned everything with Avast, Kaspersky, Eset and Total AV, and now it looks clean (eset found something for first time after using only avast, then it was zero threats and it was half a year ago). The most strange thing my other pc (i did plug external drive to it) had the same problem but did it few times now it's fine. It has a Kaspersky and no threats found.
Has enyone have some idea about that? Can it be mainboard? Or some virus, wchich none of those AV's didn't found?

If you look in event viewer, does anything pop out as weird? Is there anything about disk wait in the event log?

That sounds like task manager, if you head to start -> evert veiwer after leaving it for a few mins it should open up soimething with "windows logs" on the left hand side. it may take a while to load.

In the system log, is there anything with a red ! , or yellow tringles for the start up time? Things freezing up after loading could be a sign of a disk starting to fail as the access times would be going through the roof

They all look fine as well, any others? Does it lock up randomly or just on boot up, if frequently if you leave task manager open on the peformance -> disk tab does it shoot up?

Only on boot, when its start running correctly its works fine.
Everything works on standard idle % usage in task manager no big changes or high usage
