My acer aspire 3 A315-41G-R4BW goes like this after turning it on. I don't know what the problem is.

After the acer logo this will pop up in the screen.

Press and hold power button for about 5-10 seconds to turn laptop off. Remove charger. Insert paperclip into reset pinhole on bottom of laptop for about 30 seconds. Plug the charger back in but wait for the battery charge LED to turn from solid orange to solid blue. Then try to turn the machine on again. Jack E/NJ

Press and hold the power button again to turn the laptop off. Then turn it back on and immediately start tapping the F2 key. Does the BIOS menu appear? If yes, press F10 to save setting and exit. Does it now boot? Jack E/NJ
