Hi!

My predator sense stopped working properly after I restarted my laptop.
After some digging, I discovered that the issue is here ...

The predator service keeps changing status to "stopped", and I have to start it manually every 2 seconds! :s

Does anyone have any idea as to why it's happening?

My system information in case it's needed

Thank you!

If I try to uninstall it again and delete this folder here, would it solve the issue?

Anything in the windows event logs around that time? It could be crashing out without an error message

You could give it a go, it couldnt hurt!

Is this on a re install of Windows or the windows which comes installed from Acer? It looks like it is a silent problem in the service from those logs but it's not clear what. I can have a play later on this evening with predator sense to see if I can replicate that and suggest a fix for you if re installing doesn't work 👍

In the past it has been caused by a missing DLL, I don't suppose there is a log line with something like file not found / failed to load image around the same time as those errors? It's a long shot but maybe

The error started with the app that was installed from Acer, then I uninstalled it and download it again, and still no luck.

But now It worked after I deleted the folder ... xD

Thank you dear Leo for your time and help.
