acer display widget not downloading its coming package can only run from a bootstrapper nitro qg22

hyy recently i bought aver nitro qg221q monitor and the button are difficult to use for me so i tried to download acer display widget software but its coming this package can only run by a bootstrapper pls help me acer its an humble request

    When you extracted the file to your system, what file are you trying to run? You can't install directly from inside the zip, it has to be extracted first.
