Acer nitro registration not working Nitro AN515-55

I have recently bought a Nitro AN515-55 and when I went to register it, it showed this (IMAGE BELOW) can someone help me with this.I live in the UAE if you need where I stay

    The app seems to have been broken for quite some time im afraid! If you goto the main acer website for your region and sign in (top right) then click the username top right again to go to the profile page -> and click register a product (this may work https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/register-product ) you should be able to register it through that,

    If you try that and it doesnt work, ping an Acer staff member on here (they have acer- in their names) and they should be able to help you troubleshoot :)
