Which SSD M2 I can put on Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G-82F3?

I need to know which type of SSD type M2 I can put on my laptop Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G-82F3 (the second hard drive). From the beginning I received the laptop with one hdd normal with 1 TGb capacity

You can use a M.2 NVMe SSD or a M.2 SATA SSD in your laptop, both types are supported by your model.

What type M.2 SSD is it supports? Sata or NVme?
I hope it supports both of them

You can use a M.2 NVMe SSD or a M.2 SATA SSD in your laptop, both types are supported by your model.

But tech support said to me, that for my model laptop NVMe SSD is not supported

Maybe they mean, that i can't to reach potential 32 Gbps transfer rate?
