Can anyone help me find loose keys for "Swift3 SF314-42R265"?

Hello everyone. My daughter removed one of the keyboard keys of my newly purchased Acer Swift3.  I have emailed Acer support twice, asking them about ordering one, but they had never replied.
I have searched online for loose keys for the "Swift3 SF314-42R265" model in the UK, but all the results were for Aspire models. I thought it would be better to widen my search, and luckily I found it on a website to be shipped from the USA. I ordered the loose key and waited for more than 2 weeks to have it. However, when it arrived, it did not fit since the size and quality differed from the one I had.
Does anyone know where I can get loose keys for my notebook?

Acer only sells full keyboard on all models, as that's how they arrive in the factory from the keyboard vendors. As you found there are secondary market sellers that sell just individual keys, but they are a bit of hit and miss... BTW your model number is actually SF314-42-R265, the extra dash helps keep the model series (SF314-42) from the SKU identifier (R265).

Acer only stocks complete keyboards and needless to say there are a lot of different ones. Your is UK, but which color is the case? It looks like the case came in purple and silver. The top case and keyboard are sold as one unit, and the Acer part numbers are: 6B.HSEN2.013 for purple with backlight, 6B.HSFN2.013 for purple without backlight, 6B.HSEN2.045 for silver with backlight and 6B.HSFN2.045 for silver without backlight. There are twelve different motherboards, but it doesn't look like they have different ones for the backlight/no backlight so you could put either type of keyboard in.

Thank you, @billsey, for your answer. However, it doesn't make sense to buy the whole keyboard to replace one missing key unless the keyboard is affordable. My laptop, as I mentioned, is a UK Swift3 SF314-42R265 with a backlight silver UK keyboardIs there a possibility to find a replacement from other Acer notebook models that fit mine?
