Hi All,

My in-built camera was working properly until Jan. Now when I try to use the camera it shows a blank screen.

IMPORTANT: I learned I need to use the camera I installed the Irium webcam application to use the phone camera wirelessly for pc. I tried on skype call and selected the Irium Camera which worked but then again I tried to switch to an HD User Facing camera (in-built) which worked like sudden magic and worked even after several restarts. But few days after again when I try to use the camera the same blank screen is displayed.

Scenario:

When I try to use Zoom, Skype, or try to open the Microsoft Camera appthe camera indicator turns on, along with displaying "Camera On" notification but it displays a blank screen.

Technology Involved:

Microsoft Camera App, Skype, Zoom, Google Chrome (Tried with all these applications).

Result:

The camera displays a blank screen. In another case whenever I try to capture a photo using Microsoft Camera App with the same scenario it will display the following error message below (with screenshot).

"Something went wrong. Try restarting your device. If you need it, here's the error code: 0xA00F4292<PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>"

Unfortunately, I am not well versed in such technical issues to understand them on my own. I would appreciate some help on this.

Thanks,
