This is one fo the new version of the Predator series and even bios manager is different than usual ones. I tried lots of different solutions related to this problem but couldn't solve it.

You need to convert  Intel RST to SATA mode in AHCI which is very complex operation but I found very basic solution and it worked - you don't need to delete Windows for this operation.
1- Go to windows run msconfig command
2- In the Boot tab select safe boot with minimal option then restart your machine in the safe mode.
3- In the Device Manager -> storage controller -> RST storage ... and then uninstall it. It will force you to restart machine ,while your machine restart press F2 command key
3- You will enter bios setting menu , select F1 Advanced setting, then
4- select Main tab and ctrl +S to change SATA mode to AHCI
5- You can restart and use your USB to install Ubuntu 20.04 with the help of link.
