Hi there
Yesterday I put my laptop in sleep mode for a few hours. After that I tried to on my laptop (I pressed Enter button), keyboard lights got on, take a few minutes, then appears acer logo... And stuck there. I left that for almost half an hour in the same situation but nothing happened. Then I focre shut down by power button.
Then tried many times to start but same thing happened. Then i researched about it on Google and youtube and tried everything said there but still no success.
One thing I noticed,
In my laptop there is an ssd, and a hdd. Windows 10 x64 installed on ssd. When I detach ssd I was able to go to bios menu. But then shows no Bootable device. When I re-attached the ssd then same problem. No special keys like - F2, F8, F9, F10, F12, F10+ALT, (even with Fn key combination) working. I aatched another laptops hdd and tried to boot but still shows no Bootable device.
Any help appreciated.

Well, I solved the problem myself. It's ssd error. I just detached the ssd, log in with a usb "windows to go" converted the 1tb hdd from dynamic to basic, and then mbr to gpt.
Shrinked 200gb from 1tb, now made a Bootable usb windows 10, booted and installed windows 10 on hdd. That's all.

    Hi Ni3012,

It is hardware issue. I suggest you to contact acer support.
