Brand new Aspire 3 A317-52 Laptop purchased from ACER Store and warranty not found online.

I recently purchased a Brand New Aspire 3 A317-52 Laptop from the ACER Store which included the usual 1 year limited Mail-in Warranty from here https://store.acer.com/en-us/aspire-3-laptop-a317-52-565s. The laptop arrived this week and and it's working fine so I then registerd the SN/SNID to my ACER account which went fine and includes my other 2 ACER laptops I have purchased over the last 3-5 years. I then tried checking the warranty online using my SN/SNID and both times it came back saying it was not found which I thought was weird so I tried to use ACER Chat which turned into a dismal failure as without a valid SN/SNID it did not let me continue. I then called Support and after being tossed back and forth between 3 people I was told that my SN/SNID was not in their support system and thus they could not yet help me to confirm the 1 year warranty status and was told to call back in a week to see if my laptop is finally in their support system.

The reason I am posting this in the ACER Customer Support is to see if other users have had this same problem purchasing a new laptop and finding the SN/SNID is not found when checking warranty status. First time I've ever had this issue and and the last thing I want to do is have to spend more hours on the phone to resolve it as time is money...

    Yes I know about my SNID and serial number as I was able to use it to register my new laptop to my acer account. The issue is when I use that same SNID or serial number to check the 1 year limited warranty they system says it is not found.

    I include a photo of the serial number/SNID of my Acer A317-52 which you can see was built on Jan 14, 2021. I also blocked out the last 3 digits for security reasons. The Serial Number and SNID worked fine to register the laptop but like I said when you check the 1 year limited warranty status it is not found.

    Just checked the warranty status again and it now is not showing the 1 year limited Warranty correctly.
