acer aspire e 15 display doesnot turn ON after Display off ? - Acer E 15 E5-576G

The screen of my computer does not turn on again after the display turns off automatically, but the computer is working. My laptop model is Acer E 15 E5-576G. System is windows 10.0.19042. What could be the problem, please help?

Hi Bahodir,

# Power drain,

At bottom of the laptop there will be tiny pin hole with battery symbol close to it. Insert pin or paper clip into that hole press and hold it for 30-40 seconds.

Check this T/S and post the result. ​

I put it but nothing was printed, there was simply nothing in this hole.

I printed about 1-2 minutes. But NOT WORK!!!!!

Can you check if the reliability history and the event viewer show any errors?

I have the same issue but the paperclip won't do anything when I put it in
