    Hi @Grace123,

As per the screenshot your device recognizes HDD. thats a good vibe, To resolve the issue i would recommend you to disconnect any external drives and restart the unit, if this does not work then, try Alt + F10 while booting the unit. Now click on troubleshoot and advanced options, here look for startup repair and run it..

This would take sometime but it should resolve the issue..

If the above suggestion does not work then try performing a system refresh. Click on troubleshoot then Reset. Now select Keep my files and continue..

Hi @Rudy21 , I've tried to disconnect all external devices and restarted several times prior and also tried the Alt + F10 but all doesn't work.

Other things I tried includes trying to find out how to go into safe mode, but googled etc couldn't find out how. Also tried to use a pin to put on the little small hole at the back of the laptop which shows the half battery out symbol for 10 sec and on the computer half an hour later also don't work.

I also tried to on and off the laptop consecutively many times hoping it will prompt the auto repair or so out but nothing works..

May I check for the system refresh, but do I do so?

    Thank you..

Thanks for sharing the steps you tried..

Infact, you have tried most of the software T/S..

I would suggest you to create a windows bootable media and test if we can load the OS on to HDD. If that does not work then it could be bad sectors in HDD.

Yes, it sounds as if the EFI partition on the SSD has been corrupted. Booting from a Windows install flash drive will allow you to repair that, unless the drive itself has gone bad. Which Swift 1 model do you have? Are you still in warranty?

    Thanks for your suggestions!

I don't have any windows install flash drive or usb or cd etc that can help with the test etc..

Looks like I might have to go to IT to repair..

@Atli87 do you have exactly the same model? What size and type of drive is in yours? There have been a bunch of different Swift 1 models with different drives installed.
