ES1-132-C5YH power issue

Hi Acer Community, I need help.
There is a problem with the laptop that I own.
Whenever I try to charge the laptop there is a chance that it will bluescreen and then show "No Bootable Device".
It may be a problem with the power for all I know.
The issue might have been going on for months now.
I have attached 2 minidumps if anyone knows how to analyze them.
Please fix this ASAP. Thank you.

    HDD may be starting to fail. Try re-seating its connection to the mainboard a few times to help clean its contacts. Jack E/NJ

    Hi roumina,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    ​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
    3. You will be in setup utility page.

    Please check under the information title is there anything mentioned like HDD1 or HDD0. If your Hard disc detects on BIOS means please go with the below process, 

    4. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    5. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Your unit will restart by itself.
