CPU fan rattling after just 4 months of use, can't contact support. NITRO AN517-51

Hello,

I have a recently purchased NITRO AN517-51.

My CPU fan has started to make a rattling noise when on low rotations per minute. I have tried to get rid of dust to see if that helped but it's completely clean now and it's only become louder and clearer. I am really worried as this laptop is extremely new and has been treated with utmost care at all times. I cannot afford repairs or a new laptop, and it is just not fair; it has not been banged or struck a single time, no-one has dropped it from any height and it has barely moved since I hardly use it as a laptop and more so as a PC. I even try not to have it plugged in all the time so as to avoid hurting the battery and I try my best not to let the CPU get too hot through Nitrosense. Somehow, the CPU fan is still malfunctioning and I fear it will stop working sooner than later.

I have tried sending Acer's tech support an email but their contact form is broken and won't send from any device. I also tried reaching out through email directly but a bot tells you immediately to use the form which doesn't work. I'm at a loss and I fear the fan will shut down any day now. I'd love to just replace it myself but I hear the fan is very specific and needs a cover which is a doozy to put on a non-original one, which I can't find anywhere online.

It would be great if I could get Acer to send me the right fan for my laptop's model; I'd even pay the 30-40 bucks myself. I just want to play videogames.

Any tips? Please, help me.

Thank you.
