NVME NOT RECOGNISED WITH SATA MODE RST WITH OPTANE AND SLEEP MODE ISSUES WITH AHCI SSD!!

So i have an Acer Spin SP514-52 1 month ago installed Nvme Hikvision 512gb ssd and installed windows 10 fresh on ssd but keeping the SATA 2.5 Hard Drive 1TB in the laptop itself... (removed windows 10 but kept files after installation on ssd and reformated/repartitioned fresh HDD and used as backup storage) BUT!!! 4 days ago from now i am wrtting, woke up the laptop by lifting the lib and i got a Blue screen error of driver IRQL not less or equal (storport.sys). Not being worried much but then got error 0xc00001 recovery. Plugged usb windows 10 installation got into cmd and check the disk using Diskpart. NO SSD FOUND only the HDD was there, worried boot in bios and saw the SSD and HDD there... saw SATA MODE: RST WITH OPTANE. Got into cmd again with usb windows installation media checked and tried all to see if can get the SSD back then, got into bios an=again and boot in SATA MODE: AHCI... LAPTOP BOOT AS NORMAL and there was my SSD and my HDD but now everytime i sleep the laptop it gives me everytime this Blue screen error of driver IRQL not less or equal (storport.sys). Decided to re install windows after many attemp to repair error, disabled HDD port in bios, boot into windows media usb and diskpart, clean, SSD was as new porform a format and clean install windows 10... all done on AHCI mode... before i actually change SATA mode myself the SSD and HDD was working fine with RST mode i dont know why 1 day SSD stop working with RST... Using AHCI SSD here, Boot RST with optane NO SSD?
So fresh windows 10 installed on fresh SSD (SATA MODE AHCI, tried to boot in RST WITH OPTANE the same problem no ssd found only found in bios...) reboot in AHCI boot as normal with fresh windows 10 and HDD port disabled in bios... SLEEEP THE LAPTOP AND OPEN THE LID TO WAKE UP SAME ERROR driver IRQL not less or equal (storport.sys). Got 3 different drivers updated from the manufacturer and the crash persist. Same happens when sleeping with lid opens and tap button same error.

RIght now backing up files and attempt to install windows 10 on stock HDD... and disabling SSD in bios and will see if the error persist BUT  SATA MODE RST WITH OPTANE because the HDD works even in this mode...

Note: When first time installed SSD in laptop SSD recognized in Disk management and windows on HDD , WITH SATA MODE RST WITH OPTANE...  even in intel RST management program...

can somebody know what is happening and can suggest any solution, any help will be very much appreciate :)

THANKS

About your problem, try this:a) press windows + r and type msconfig;b) go to system startup and activate safeboot;c) restart windows to enter the safe boot;d) then, restart windows again and access the bios;e) go to the main tab, press ctrl + s and change the sata mode to RST WITH OPTANEf) disable fastboot;g) create a password on the setsupervisorpassword and disable secureboot;f) press f10 to save and exit;g) then disable safeboot and restart windows;h) go to the power options and disable fastboot and check if the problem still occurs when hibernating or putting the laptop to sleep.

Sorry for late reply, and mistaken for the model it’s SP314-52, unfortunately it didn’t work and as soon as i enable RST WITH OPTANE the ssd does not detect by anymeans only detected in bios. SSD only detected in AHCI but having sleep issues BSOD. But even tried solution with Sata mode AHCI with ssd( windows 10 installed) but issue stay the same. :(
installed windows 10 back into oem HDD with sata mode RST WITH OPTANE and windows runs fine just slower, no issues with sleep all running well but SSD not detected with RST WITH OPTANE tried to install several storage controllers drivers but no success. Tried to install INTEL RST TECHNOLOGY app. App itself does not detect SSD only can be see ssd in bios. I dont know what to do next

RST with Optane mode is used when you just have a HDD or a HDD with Optane card installed. If you have a SSD in the M.2 slot instead of the Optane you should either be using RST (Intel Rapid Storage Technology) without Optane or AHCI. Either of those should allow use of both the SSD and HDD.
