Aspire 5(A515-56) Headset Issues the microphone on my headset will be recognized by the computer
Hi all,
I recently purchased an Aspire 5, everything is working well except for the audio. Whenever I plug in my headset, I get a variety of different issues. For example, at times the microphone on my headset will be recognized by the computer, but the audio volume will be extremely low. This input volume is so low that people in meetings cannot hear me. At other times, my microphone will cause a "static-y", echo-like sound that deafens the other people in the meeting. I cannot hear this, but I've been told by my coworkers about this issue.
These headphones work on my other computer, so I'm assuming its a software issue somewhere. Please let me know if y'all have any advice or places to start!
