Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42-R5ED? RAM AND SSD?

Okay, I have read a bunch about SSD AND RAM upgrades and I Have seen all the links but no one confirming making any changes after.

From what I have been doing for research there are two different types of SSD.
Samsung 860 EVO SSD SATA 2.5in

Also, can I install both or is it only one slot option? What's the difference?


Then for the RAM upgrade

Is there a required MHz you have to run and I know my laptop runs (2400) or could I take it out and replace it with 2666 or 3200?


Also are there any other upgrades anyone on here has done that I am possibly missing? 

I was running Call of duty after 25mins the game crashes also takes forever to load up every time and a lot of random lag in-game getting very horrible FPS.

I'm going to follow these steps when I get home from work but even if it does work I want to make all the upgrades.

you have to remove your current 1TB 2.5` HDD

You can install this one thou in your free M.2 slot - Samsung 860 EVO SSD M.2 SATA

Then for the RAM upgrade:

Are you going to add 8GB RAM to your current one? If so you have to check with CPU-Z the specs of your installed one and get one with the same size, specs, CL and timings. Your CPU supports up to 2400MHz so what`s the point of putting 2666 or 3200?
