Acer swift 5 start up black screen + keyboard not fumction

I just bought my acer swift 5 laptop last month, currently I am not able to turn on laptop as usual, it appear black screen, keyboard light on but all keys are not function. Anyone experience this before? Can teach me how to solve it?? Thanks

    Which Swift 5 model do you have? It should be something like SF5xx-xxx-xxxx. Some have a battery reset pinhole on the bottom. If yours does try this: disconnect all cables including power, use a bent paperclip or similar tool to push the button under that pinhole and hold it for 15-30 seconds. After that release the button and wait 15-30 minutes to allow all leftover energy to bleed off. Put the charge back in but wait for the indication that you ar at a full charge before turning it back on. If the issue is just that the battery is confused that should get you fixed up.

    Tried. It did no works. When i start up, it stuck with black screen, the right side orange light keep blinking.

    Try to press the f2 or fn f2 during the start of the unit. it will take you to bios. check if you can see a display on that screen. if you see that page then press f9 and enter, then press f10 and enter. computer will restart. now if its not showing the bios page then connect an external monitor and check if your getting display on that monitor.
