Low / Poor volume on Swift 5 SF514-55TA the laptop seem to generate very low volume at even 100%

The two down firing speakers on either side of the laptop seem to generate very low volume at even 100%. I can barely listen to youtube or have a zoom call with this volume without external speakers or headphone.
I have already installed the latest RealTek sound drivers but no help here. Is there any way this can be improved at all? I'm sure there is a mistake somewhere as a home / entertainment category laptop would definitely not come with such a low volume.

Try installing the drivers in device manager. >>> uninstall the sound drivers and restart the unit. dont delete the drivers. Sound Driver Windows 10 Free Download - Driver Market

The speakers are very quiet. I bought this laptop for my partner but she hates it because the speakers are so quiet. So I had it as I don't listen to very much on it so I don't care.
