Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 is plugged in but not charging

my acer nitro 5 just came back from service after it just turned itself off and wouldn't turn on . now i have a new problem, it came to me at 100% battery and i used it until it got to 13% and then connected the charger and its been half an hour and the battery percentage hasnt gone up and it says , 13% availiable ( plugged in) and the amber light next to the charging port is blinking.

    Hi,
    Check whether the power cable is inserted properly, when you plug the cable in to the laptop you will hear a click sound.

  • Also try resetting the battery and make sure this button is pressed:

    Hi 7350862948150,

    # Try to update the battery driver
    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically". 

    Check this T/S and post the result.
