How to fix cable not connected on nitro rg1 RG271P monitor

The power cable is securely connected into the monitor and when it turns on it says cable not connected. I plugged out the hdmi I did anything I could and nothing worked please help, I’m on ps5

    The cable not connected message isn't talking about the power, since you have to have the power working for it to display any message. :) The issue is either that the monitor is looking at the wrong port for a video signal or the cable between the computer and monitor really isn't connected fully at both ends.
