Getting infuriating FPS stutter hitching while gaming - Predator Triton 500

At the end of my rope here guys. I’m getting mini FPS stutter/hitching pretty much all games. Every 20-30 seconds I get a 5-10 FPS drop which lags/stutters the game just for a split second. Basically a frame jump. I can’t play anything competitive or get immersed within a game with this issue, it’s beyond distracting. Even if I cap the FPS to something low like 30 or 60 in a game that is capable of 100+ I will still get the 5-10 FPS drops/stutters.

2019 Acer Predator Triton 500, i7 9750h/Rtx 2060, 16gb ram, 1TB ssd -

I’ve clean installed windows/factory reset. Fully updated every driver. I have no start up programs and have zero other apps running while gaming. Temps are 75-85. Ive tried throttle stop on default settings with -100 under volt both on and off and still no avail. Ive tried both max power and default (optimal power) in Nvidia control panel. I’ve tried predator sense turbo mode on and off. Nothing is getting rid of the ***** stutters. Kinda wanna pick this laptop up right now and smash it to a million pieces 🙃

HELP!!!
