What do i do about the horrible performance of my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43

I have had this pc for about a year now and have found that through that year this thing runs horribly. The specs are Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHz,GPU 1 (Intergrated): AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics,And GPU 2 (Designated): Radeon RX 560X Series. It lags on almost EVERY game i play even on low settings. I can't run ARMA-3 or 2,Roblox,Minecraft,CS-GO,Watch Dogs 2,Darksouls-2 and 3,and more without lag every five to twenty minuets. Most of these should be able to run on the lowest settings perfectly fine but it just lags me to death. Sometimes its not even the game lag its the ENTIRE PC i can't move my mouse or open the windows tab with it stuttering during these lag spikes which says to me its not even the game lagging its my PC. I require assistance as im at a point i regret getting this junk PC. I keep it pluged in and play on 100% i also make sure my fans are on max its also using the designated not integrated GPU and i also got the battery plan on high performance AND process power management maximum processor state is set to 99% on both. I have done everything i have found to make this thing run better and it just refuses.
Im out of patience at this point and require at least SOMETHING to help.

I have tried these steps before they don't help but i do still have them active. I have done the more popular ones on here and it has not helped what so ever.

Trust me I feel what you're going through, I have the exact the exact same model and I can confirm this laptop is dogshit. According to the specs I'm supposed to get 120-200 fps at lowest settings in valorant, but what I get is 40-60 fps not to mention the 1-3 fps stutters every 3 secs which continue for the next 30 secs and makes the whole game unplayable and irritating. Even an Intel UHD card gives 100 fps for valorant. I get this same phenomenon while playing LOL too. But this laptop is dogshit. I've also upgraded my RAM to 16Gb recently and that hardly helped. I've even replaced the factory thermal paste and put in new thermal pads but all that went in vain. At this point I believe it's the AMD card which is absolutely **** and I should've gone with an Nvidia card. A 1050 would perform better. I'm just out of options, I've even tested my laptop and adapter ports and none are faulty! And already gone through all power setting tweaks and all other stuff you've read and done! This model is absolutely horrible, stick with Nvidia cards for a gpu!

Sounds about right how the **** do you make a PC made for "Gaming" Then i can't even run **** roblox....like R O B L O X bruh it is **** autistic and it pisses me off that my friends MAC runs better then THIS **** PC. Dissapointing and a waste of 800 at this point i just need something to make it atleast USEABLE im not getting money anytime soon for a new PC.

IKR, and the fact that the laptop was stuttering on minecraft and csgo just had me. I'm baffled, I'm selling this ASAP and getting something else fs, a gtx1080 would outperform this laptop lmao

Yeah do NOT keep this thing. I can name EVERY game i play that should run with EASE. Dark Souls 1,2,3,Arma 2,3,Cold War,Roblox,Minecraft,Kingdom New Lands,CSGO,Rising Storm Vietnam,Into The Breach,Door Kickers 1,2,Hell even YOUTUBE sometimes lags. This thing is HORRIBLE and im POSITIVE its the Fans and Power Supply. If i un-plug this thing it normally runs perfectly fine but the battery has the life span of a toddler that's not Vaccinated. AND when the PC as a WHOLE lags. If i just unplug then replug it back in it stops and then lags a few minuets later. So yeah do not get this thing and if you have it just sell it. Im too broke to get another one sadly.

I have no issues with my laptop which is the same model btw. I am not a gamer but tested CSGO on Linux and Windows and it runs very well 90-115 fps on win and 75-95 on linux ultra settings.

Well i can barley play mine and it seems others have the same issue but i am a gamer i use this thing day in and out which it should be able to hold up to but it seems it can't. Lag is a horrible issue,Power is a horrible issue,Storage is a horrible issue,ect you get the point. I can't even play CSGO on max without my frames dying.
