last 2 week it was functioning but now not functioning at all. I've reset my pc, reinstall back all things. but still the same. could it be a hardware problem or it just software problem. help.

    Whats the exact model number of the unit. since its not working after the factory reset. it can be a hardware issue. its an electronic device and so we cant predict its life time.

    Have you tried more than one device on the port? It's possible the device has failed rather than the port...

    mine is swift sf314-59. just bought it on Jan 2021. sobs

    So you are still in warranty, that's good. If you have verified it's the port acting up and not the device you are plugging in now is the time to contact Acer support.
