i have a problem with acer aspire e5 573g laptop, practically you hear the audio only on the left speaker. Obviously I checked the balance and in fact the speaker on the right seems not to work. however I have bought new original speakers twice and once installed the audio continues to be heard from the left one while you cannot hear it from the right one. I do not know what to do. can someone help me. thank you in advance

    Try the below step
go to device manager> and uninstall the sound driver and restart the unit

    Hi max68,

Can you able to adjust the volume.

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option Sound, video, and gaming control.
    4. Under the title Realtek High Definition audio.
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.
