Nitro 5 different sound issue?

I've seen many complaints with the Nitro 5 sound, but mine is different.
Whenever I begin to play audio (a video, music, anything, doesn't matter the program or website) there's a loud cracking/distortion for a split second. It happens every time I play audio and is very bothersome. It's hard to explain, but it's like a burst of audio that comes out really loud, but then it plays normal. There are no other distortion/crackling issues.
The only fix I've found is to keep the "Change System Sounds" box open all the time, then the noise doesn't happen. Drivers are up to date, I've done a factory reset, nothing else... just keeping that sound settings box open.
Anyone else? How can I fix this permanently?

Is it the sound from the fan, some times the fans run fast they might hit the upper part and might give sound

I guess the speaker have loose connection (wires) or faulty speakers.  Since its happening only during playing sound. Try cleaning inside gently if possible.

I don't think so, because the noise comes through headphones too -- I've tried various headphones and earbuds, so it's not that either. Yeah, either through the speakers of the laptop or headphones, same sound

Since you have done a reset it cant be a software issue. most of the drivers and other issues will be fixed if a reset is done. so we will have to check on its hardware.

Ok, thanks. I'm not experienced in checking hardware. Would I have to take the laptop apart to look at physical things like wires/connections?
