Whea Uncorrectable Error - Acer nitro 5 an515-52

Hello, I'm having random BSODs, mostly when I disconnect the power adapter, I already reinstalled the OS, twice, but no luck, every driver is on the last version, don't know what else could be, the laptop has an nvme WD blue SN550 with the last firmware.
Also I changed the ram for 8x2 crucial brand new, but happens the same.

With the power adapter it happens once in a week more or less.
Without the power adapter, it happens two or tree times per day mostly when run something like virtual machines or videogames

I think it maybe because the last bios firmware has undervolted the cpu core, but not sure, and I tried to increase the voltage with Intel XTU, but core voltage is locked because of last bios update.

Try a bios defaults. it can sometimes fix the issue.

Well I changed the thermal paste 1 week ago, for artic mx-4, since then I haven't had BSOD, I don't know if that was the reason, I hope.

mostly it shouldnt but try removing it or replacing it and check.

Well I had again BSOD (whea uncorrectable error) witouth power adapter

And when I restart it says "No Bootable Device", so I have to restart again, can be something about the nvme? incompatibility or something? beacuse the nvme is almost brand new

I'm not sure. But version 1.19 fixes something related to nvme.

Yes but I have 1.28, so I can't go back, I think this laptop has some problems with nvme.

Does the same problem occur when disabling fastboot in the bios and fast startup in the power options?

Try uninstalling the AC adapter and battery drivers through the device manager and restart windows.

Hi, already tried that, but no luck, yesterday I had another Blue screen with power adapter connected and the message was Memory_management

Yes, I already tried to reset the battery, I think this laptop have a compatibility problem with NVME, or the bios version has some problem with cpu core voltage or NVME, I don't know, but I think I have tried almost everything

Hello, I think I found something, as you can see it shows is on firmware 1.19 which I think is the bios version? but the current real version is 1.28, I don't know why windows shows that, and I have tried to update from there but it says like is the last firmware, I don't know why is showing that version, do you know how to update that firmware?
